Building a durable home online

A first note on why this site exists and what belongs here.

Independent websites are slower than social feeds in the best possible way.

This site is meant to be a durable place for three kinds of material: a concise record of who I am, long-form blog posts that can invite thoughtful replies, and a transparent but privacy-preserving view of how I think about investing.

The first version is intentionally small. Posts are managed from the owner studio. Comments are moderated before they become public. Portfolio positions are entered privately, priced from cached market quotes, and the public side only shows percentages.

That is enough to make the site useful without turning it into a product before it has earned that weight.
